Our Process

1. Data Entry All orders are immediately entered into our custom written NDT Program Manager which provides one of the most highly advanced computerized tracking programs in the nondestructive testing industry.
2. Exposure Room Components requiring radiographic inspection are then transferred to our exposure rooms.
3. X-Ray The components are radiographed utilizing our state-of-the-art 4 million volt Linear Accelerator or our 300,000 volt conventional x-ray machine, depending on the thickness of the section radiographed and the required quality level. 4. Darkroom The radiographic film is then developed in our latest technology Fuji FIP 4000 automatic film processor or state-of-the-art Fuji Computed Radiography System.
5. Interpretation Room Radiographs are then evaluated for conformance to the prescribed specifications for both film quality and component integrity by certified ASNT Level 2 and 3 personnel.
6. Surface Testing Proprietary automated magnetic particle or liquid penetrant inspection systems for surface defect detection in ferrous or non-ferrous materials.
